Terms of Service.

Quotes and pricing

Initial quotes are free. A quote is based on what I can see and what you tell me about the garden, and it holds for 30 days unless I say otherwise.

If the work turns out to be materially different from what was quoted (for example, access, scope, or the state of the garden), I'll talk to you and agree any change before I carry on. I won't spring extra costs on you.

Booking and access

Once you accept a quote I'll agree a date or a regular rhythm with you. Please make sure I have clear, safe access to the areas I'm working on. If I can't get access on the day, the visit may need to be rescheduled.

You don't need to be home for a regular visit, as long as access is sorted. I'll let you know when I'm done.

My guarantee

I'm not done until you're happy. If something's ever not up to scratch, tell me and I'll come back and make it right. This sits alongside your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, it doesn't replace them.

Payment

Unless agreed otherwise, payment is due within 7 days of the work or the invoice. I'll let you know how to pay when I invoice.

For larger design projects I may ask for a deposit or stage payments, agreed up front in writing.

Regular care plans

There's no lock-in contract. You can pause, change the rhythm, or stop a regular round any time with a week's notice. I'll do the same if I ever need to.

Green waste and materials

I take the green waste with me and leave the garden clean. Any plants, materials or hire I source for a job are quoted separately and remain payable as agreed.

Photos of your garden

I may photograph completed work for my portfolio and marketing. I won't publish your name or address, and if you'd rather I didn't photograph your garden, just tell me.

Care on site and liability

I work carefully and hands-on. I'm not responsible for pre-existing faults (for example, hidden services, fragile structures or irrigation I wasn't told about), but I'll always flag anything I notice. For larger design projects, a separate written agreement may apply. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law.

Changes to these terms

I may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page is the current one, with the date shown above.
